Tłusty czwartek już za kilka dni! Dla fanów faworków przygotowałam przepis, który nie zawiera glutenu, jajek i laktozy. Nie było łatwo 😉 Próbowałam wykorzystać przeróżne rodzaje mąk: gryczaną, kukurydzianą, ryżową, jaglana, skrobie i mieszałam je w różnych proporcjach, ale niestety ciasto nie wychodziło takie jak chciałam. Dopiero kiedy zamieniłam mąkę na bezglutenowy mix do wypieku chleba, ciasto uzyskało odpowiednią konsystencje. Za szóstym razem się udało! Uzyskałam ciasto, które się nie klei podczas wałkowania i nie kruszy przy przewlekaniu ciasta wiec w końcu mogę się podzielić z wami przepisem na pyszne i chrupiące faworki.
Składniki & przygotowanie
Do przygotowania potrzebujesz:
- 100 g bezglutenowej mąki marki Schar mix B bread- mix
- ½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- 20 g drobnego cukru
- 1 łyżeczka rumu
- 1 łyżka oleju
- 60 ml napoju roślinnego (użyłam migdałowe)
- 1 płaska łyżka mielonych nasion chia
- 3 łyżki wody
- 1 l oleju do smażenia
- mąka do posypania
Dodatkowo:
- cukier puder do podania
Przygotowanie:
- Nasiona chia zalać 3 łyżkami gorącej wody. Wymieszać i odstawić.
- Do garnka wlać litr oleju i zagrzać.
- Mąkę wymieszać z cukrem i proszkiem do pieczenia.
- Połączyć ze sobą olej, mleko, rum i namoczone nasiona chia.
- Do suchych składników dodać mokre i wymieszać. Następnie oprószyć blat mąką i zagnieść ciasto. Ciasto cienko rozwałkować i podzielić na około 4 cm paski. Następnie paski przedzielić na prostokąty i zostawiając około 3 cm brzegu z dwóch stron, przeciąć faworka na środku wzdłuż dłuższej krawędzi. Złapać końcówkę prostokąta, przełożyć przez dziurkę i przeciągnąć.
- Do nagrzanego oleju wrzucić partiami faworki i odsączyć na ręczniku papierowym.
- Faworki przełożyć na talerz i posypać cukrem pudrem.
Porady:
Cały czas kontroluj temperaturę oleju.
Nie zapomnij odczekać kilku po zalaniu nasion chia wodą.
