Kiedy musisz zrezygnować z cukru przychodzą Ci do głowy różne pomysły. Nie jest łatwo znaleźć bezglutenowego i wegańskiego batonika, który będzie miał dobry skład i nie będzie zawierał cukru. Ciężko go odnaleźć w zwykłym osiedlowym sklepie więc trzeba się wybrać do takiego specjalistycznego czy ekologicznego. Od kilku dni chodziły za mną batony ale nie miałam czasu się wyrwać na drugi koniec miasta tylko po batony. Postanowiłam, że zrobie je sama 😛 Było warto bo ich przygotowanie zajmuje kilka minut, zdecydowanie szybciej niż jazda do sklepu! Wystarczy, że namoczysz dzień wcześniej daktyle, a na drugi dzień zblednujesz je z orzechami. Zdrowa i łatwa przekąska, w sam raz do pracy 🙂
Składniki & przygotowanie
Do zrobienia 8 batonów potrzebujesz:
- 200 g suszonych daktyli bez pestek
- 200 g orzechów nerkowca
- 150 g migdałów
- 50 g wiórków kokosowych lub chipsów kokosowych
- szczypta soli
dodatkowo:
- blaszka o rozmiarach 30/18 cm lub większa
Wykonanie:
- Daktyle zalać wodą i namoczyć przez noc. Kolejnego dnia odcedzić.
- W termomiskie zblendować orzechy. Dodać daktyle, wiórki i zblendować do połączenia masy.
- Spód blaszki wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia. Przełożyć masę i rozprowadzić równomiernie na wysokość około 2 cm*.
- Odstawić na kila godzin do lodówki, a następnie pokroić na grube paski. Przechowywać w lodówce.
