Składniki & przygotowanie
Do przygotowania będziesz potrzebować:
- 500 g mięsa mielonego wieprzowego
- 1 bezglutenowa bułka
- 1 mała cebula
- 1/3 szklanki bezglutenowej bułki tartej
- 1 ząbek czosnku
- 1 łyżeczka majeranku
- sól, pieprz
- olej do smażenia
- woda
Przygotowanie:
- Bułkę porwać na 4 części. Przełożyć do miseczki i zalać wodą, aby przykryło bułkę.
- Cebulę pokroić w drobną kostkę. Czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę.
- Kiedy bułka zmięknie, odcedzić ją i dodać do mięsa. Przyprawić majerankiem solą i pieprzem do smaku. Dodać cebulę, czosnek i wymieszać. Następnie dodać około 4 łyżek wody i wyrobić, aż mięso przestanie kleić się do rąk. Uformować w dłoniach kulki i lekko je spłaszczyć.
- Na płaski talerz wysypać bułkę tartą. Kotleciki obtoczyć w bułce.
- Na patelni rozgrzać olej i usmażyć kotlety. Czas zależny od wielkości kotletów, u mnie około 5 minut z każdej strony. Regulować ogień, aby się nie przypaliły.
- Usmażone mielone podawać z ulubionymi dodatkami.
