- ½ łyżeczki czosnku niedźwiedziego
- ¼ łyżeczki papryki słodkiej
- ¼ łyżeczki kurkumy
- oliwa/olej
- woda
- sól
- pieprz
Dodatkowo:
- szczypiorek
- pietruszka
Przygotowanie:
- Kasze jaglaną wsypać na sito i przepłukać pod ciepłą, bieżącą wodą. Przełożyć do garnka i zalać wodą na około 1,5 cm ponad kaszę. Wsypać szczyptę soli i gotować pod przykryciem około 10 minut, aż kaszą stanie się miękka.
- Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę i wrzucić pokrojoną cukinię, bakłażana i paprykę. Chwilę podsmażyć i doprawić czosnkiem, papryką, kurkumą, solą i pieprzem. Kiedy warzywa lekko zmiękną i będą złote, dodać szalotkę. Smażyć jeszcze minutę/dwie.
- Do usmażonych warzyw wrzucić ugotowaną kaszę. Wszystko dokładnie wymieszać i doprawić solą i pieprzem.
- Kaszę przełożyć na talerz i posypać posiekaną pietruszką i szczypiorkiem.
