Do przygotowania warzywnych makaronów niezbędna jest obieraczka do julienne lub spiralizer. Dzięki nim szybko i sprawnie przygotujesz makaron. W moim przepisie użyłam marchewki i cukinii. Do tego przyrządziłam sos na bazie masła orzechowego i sosu rybnego, który nadaje potrawie przepyszny smak. Koniecznie dodajcie orzechy, sezam i kolendrę !
Składniki & przygotowanie
Potrzebujesz:
- 2 grubsze marchewki
- 1 duża cukinia
- szalotka
- 2 łyżki oleju sezamowego
sos:
- 1 łyżka masła orzechowego
- 1 łyżka sosu rybnego
- 1 łyżka soku z limonki
- 1 łyżka octu
- 1 i ½ łyżki syropy ryżowego
- 1 cm/2 cm obranego kawałka imbiru
- 1 ząbek czosnku
do podania:
- 2 garście uprażonych orzeszków ziemnych
- łyżeczka sezamu
- 2 łyżki posiekanego szczypiorku
- garść posiekanych świeżych liści kolendry
Przygotowanie:
- Imbir pokroić w drobną kostkę. W miseczce dokładnie wymieszać składniki na sos.
- Za pomocą specjalnej obieraczki ( do warzywnego makaronu) zetrzeć obraną marchew i cukinie. Cukinie obierać do momentu aż pojawią się pestki .
- Szalotkę pokroić w kostkę. Na patelni rozgrzać olej, dodać szalotkę, a następnie cukinie i marchew. Smażyć minutę, mieszając. Dodać sos, wymieszać i smażyć minutę/dwie. Dorzucić orzechy wymieszać i zdjąć z ognia.
- Przełożyć na talerze. Posypać sezamem, szczypiorkiem i kolendrą.

Przełożyć na talerze. Posypać sezamem, szczypiorkiem i kolendrą.
