Nuggetsy z kurczaka z dipem jogurtowym z curry i miętą

Składniki & przygotowanie

Potrzebujesz:

2 piersi z kurczaka
2 szklanki płatków kukurydzianych
1 szklanka mleka sojowego
sól
pieprz

Dip:

200 g jogurtu sojowego
½ łyżeczki curry
1 łyżeczka soku z cytryny
1 łyżeczka cukru
kilka listków świeżej mięty
sól
pieprz

Dodatkowo: woreczek jednorazowy, papier do pieczenia

Przygotowanie:

Kurczaka umyć i wyfiletować. Pokroić na mniejsze kawałki – wielkości polędwiczki z kurczaka. Przyprawić z każdej strony solą i pieprzem.
Piekarnik rozgrzać do 180 stopni.
Płatki włożyć do woreczka i rozkruszyć. Można użyć dłoni, wałka lub rozdrobnić za pomocą termomiksu.
Przygotować dwie płaskiej miski. Do jednej wsypać płatki, a do drugiej wlać mleko.
Kurczaka moczyć w mleku, po czym obtaczać w płatkach. Blachę wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia i układać nuggetsy.
Włożyć do piekarnika i piec około 20 minut.

Dip:

W misce wymieszać jogurt, curry, cukier i sok z cytryny. Przyprawić solą i pieprzem.
Mięte drobno posiekać. Dodać do jogurtu i wymieszać.

Porady:

Nie wsypywać od razu wszystkich pokruszonych płatków do miski, ponieważ mogą się rozmoczyć podczas panierowania.
