Jesienią bardzo często korzystam z dyni. Przepadam za nią, ponieważ nadaje się do dań słonych jak i na słodko do wypieków. Aby wykonać z niej deser najczęściej używam jej w formie puree. Do jego przygotowania niezbędna jest tylko dynia 😛 Wielkość i rodzaj zależy już od waszych preferencji. Jedyne o czym należy pamiętać to im większa dynia, tym dłuższy czas pieczenia. Jeśli pokroicie dynię w małe kawałki, to powinna być gotowa po kilkunastu minutach. Jeśli natomiast przekroicie ją tylko na pół, to czas pieczenia może wynosić nawet godzinę.
