Tym razem kasza jaglana w słodkim wydaniu. Lekkie danie z dodatkiem mango, mleka kokosowego i miodu. Sprawdza się na śniadanie jak i deser.

Do przygotowania kaszy potrzebujesz :

100 g kaszy jaglanej
180 ml mleczka kokosowego
½ mango
łyżka miodu

Przygotowanie:

1. Na patelnię wsypać kaszę jaglaną i delikatnie prażyć (około 2 minut), aż wyłoni się orzechowy aromat. Przesypać do sitka i wypłukać pod bieżącą wodą.
2. Do garnka wlać mleko i dodać kaszę. Gotować 10 minut na małym ogniu, pod przykryciem.
3. W tym czasie pokroić mango w kostkę.
4. Do ugotowanej kaszy dodać płaską łyżkę miodu i wymieszać.
5. Kaszę przełożyć do dwóch miseczek i podawać z pokrojonym mango.

Jeśli lubisz bardzo miękką kaszę, gotuj 2 minuty dłużej.
