Do przygotowania dwóch porcji potrzebujesz:
- 200 g bezglutenowego makaronu spaghetti
- 16 surowych krewetek 16/20
- 3 ząbki czosnku
- około ½ chilli
- 10 pomidorków cherry
- około 50 ml oliwy
- garść świeżej bazylii
- sól
- pieprz grubo mielony
- oliwa do smażenia

- parmezan/płatki drożdżowe/wegański parmezan
Przygotowanie:
- Krewetki oczyszczamy i obieramy, zostawiając ogonki.
- Chilli i jeden ząbek czosnku pokroić w plasterki. Pomidorki cherry pokroić na połówki.
- Ugotować makaron zgodnie z opisem na opakowaniu.
- W moździerzu rozgnieść pozostały czosnek z 1/3 łyżeczką soli. Dodać oliwę i wymieszać.
- Na patelni rozgrzać 2 łyżki oliwy, wrzucić chili i posiekany czosnek. Następnie ułożyć krewetki, przyprawić je solą i pieprzem. Kiedy zaczną zmieniać kolor na różowy obrócić i znowu przyprawić. Dodać pomidory, smażyć jeszcze chwilę.
- Ugotowany makaron odcedzić i przełożyć na patelnię. Wymieszać z krewetkami, przygotowaną wcześniej oliwą z czosnkiem i doprawić solą i pieprzem.
- Podawać posypane świeżą bazylią.

Jeśli łatwiej jest Ci obrać krewetki w całości, nie zostawiaj ogonków.
Nie trzymaj krewetek za długo na patelni, szybko robią się twarde. Czas smażenia krewetek wynosi około 2 minuty.
